| [Objective] To explore the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) type and ultrasonic appearance in subacute thyroiditis.[Methods] The 60 cases with clinically diagnosed subacute thyroiditis were typing according to TCM syndrome.All the patients were underwent two-dimensional,color Doppler and pulsed Doppler examination.[Results] Through ultrasound examination,it was found that the sonograms of three types of TCM had their own characteristics respectively and each type of TCM and the stage in appearance of their the ultrasound had some certain correlation.[Conclusion] The ultrasonography of patients with subacute thyroiditis can provide an objective basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment. |
