Abstract
    [Objective] To explore the correlating factors influencing the prognosis of sudden deafness.[Methods] Data form 140 patients (142 ears)admitted in 2007 to 2010 were systematic reviewed.Relationship between prognosis of sudden deafness and age,time before therapy,residual acoustic sensibility,coexisting dizziness and bombus was analyzed.[Results] The more elder,the therapeutic effect was less;the more earlier the patients were diagnosed,and the therapeutic effect was better;the more serious of hearing losing,the therapeutic effect was less;coexisting dizziness accompanied poor effect;coexisting bombus showed no significant influence.[Conclusion] Understanding the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of sudden deafness can provide the basis for the therapy and prognosis.
