| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinic effect of acupoint injection combined with gastroscopy on postoperative paralytic ileus.[Methods] The 56 cases were divided into treatment group(30 cases treating with bilateral Zusanli injection of neostigmine combining with aspiration of air and oxygen filling under gastroscope)and control group(26 cases treating with Western medicine). The clinical therapeutic effect, including the disappearing time of bellyache, vomit, bulge, appearing time of rugitus sound, the normalization time, exsufflation and defecation time was observed 3 days after treatment.[Results] Compared the treatment group with the control group, significant difference was found in the disappearing time of bellyache,vomit,bulge(P<0.01).The effect of treatment group in removing the intestinal paralysis was superior than that in control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The curative effect of acupoint injection combined with gastroscopic therapy in treating postoperative paralytic obstruction of intestine is certain with shorter treatment course. |
