| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To optimize the technological conditions for the exaction of effective compounds from Bupleurum Chinese DC. by microwave-assisted art. [Methods] Taking the results of the routine backflow extraction optimized by an orthogonal test as the standard and using HPLC for monitoring the contents of saikosaponin the influence factors for microwave-assisting extraction from Radix Bulpleuri were optimized. [Results] The optimized extractions conditions were: to set the microwave power rate at 800 W; to exact three times with eight times volume of ethyl alcohol for 20 min each time. [Conclusion] The technique with microwave extraction is better than the method of backflow extraction with high efficiency and short extraction time. |
