| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To improve the differentiating method of Xuefu Zhuyu granule with TLC. [Methods] Radix Angelica Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Glycyrrhiza, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Fructus aurantii in Xuefu Zhuyu granule were identified by TLC. [Results] The developed TLC spots were quite clear and the negative blank solution had no interference. [Conclusion] The method of identification is specific, reliable, and can be a quality-controlling method for this granule. |
