Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the effect of invigorating kidney and regulating method on success rate of intrauterine insemination(IUI) and complications. [Methods] The 47 patients with infertility, treating in IUI for 81 cycles were selected. According to different characteristics in the four natural menstrual cycle the therapy with traditional Chinese medicine was implemented in the natural cycle and in decorporation cycles combined with Western medicine ovulation induction. The pregnancy rates and the incidence of complications in ovulation induction cycle were analyzed. [Results] Cycle pregnancy rate was 13.58%. LUFS rate was 2.75%. OHSS rate was 3.44%. Multiple pregnancies rate was 1.72% and ectopic pregnancy rate was 1.72%. All of that was below than the reports in the literature. [Conclusion] IUI combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the safety of IUI. It is worth popularizing. |
