Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism in treating dysmenorrhea with warming the meridian and massage in TCM. [Methods] The 70 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The trial group was treated with warming the meridian and massage, while the control group with conventional manipulation therapy. The changes of various indexes and clinical effect were observed. [Results] The four indexes of abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, cold extremities, the work condition in trial group were all superior than control with significant differences (P < 0.05 ). The clinical control and efficacy of the trial group were markedly better than the control group(P < 0.05). [Conclusion] The curative effect of warming the meridian and massage on dysmenorrhea is significant, worth further clinical investigation and popularization. |
