| Abstract

| [Objective] To find out the fraction of Eucommia ulmoides possessing the best effect of vascular relaxation [Methods] The aortic ring of rats was used as the experiment model to investigate the vascular relaxation effect of different fractions in Eucommia ulmoides. [Result] The fraction 6 and 11(final concentration 0.4, 0.8, 1.2, 1.6, 2.0 mg/mL) showed a good vasodilation effect in aortic rings precontracted with norepinephrine. [Conclusion] Fraction 6 and 11 enrich the constituents which has good vasodilation effect in Eucommia ulmoides. |
