| Abstract

| [Objective] To make rules for Ligusticum jeholense seed testing. [Methods] Referring to the International Seed Testing Rules made by ISTA and Rules for agricultural seed testing (GB /T 3543-1995) issued by China, the optimal testing methods of seed quality of Ligusticum jeholense were screened. [Results] It was appropriate for Ligusticum jeholense to germinate on paper in the 15℃。 Light was not necessary for germination of Ligusticum jeholense. However, low temperature was essential for storage of Ligusticum jeholense.[Conclusion] The rules for Ligusticum jeholense seed testing,including sampling, purity analysis, germination and thousand kernel weight has been initially established. |
