Abstract
|
[Objective] To research clinical effect of nourishing Shen-Gan and Supplementing Chong-Ren channels(NSGSCR) with acupuncture to treat patients who were being in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET). [Methods] Twenty eight women undergoing IVF-ET were randomly divided into two groups, 16 in the treatment group and 12 in the control group, and both were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment and NSGSCR was given respectively the treatment group additionally 14 days of treatment for one course. [Results] After treatment, scores of fertilization 7/16, pregnant 6/16 in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group,(3/12 &2/12) respectively (P<0.05). [Conclusion] NSSCR with conventional Western medicine treatment is better than only with Western medicine treatment in increasing fertilization rate and pregnant rate in patients after IVF-ET. |
