Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of combined use of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, psychotherapy in the treatment of panic disorder. [Methods] The 60 patients with panic disorder were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 cases, and the control group of 30 cases. Acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and psychotherapy were used in the treatment group, and Western medicine-seroxat was used in the control group. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, and the control group was 76.67%, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compare the six weeks HAMA score before treatmert, there are statistical difference (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Combined use of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and psychotherapy has curative effect in the treatment of panic disorder. |
