Abstract
|
[Objective] To isolate, culture and purify bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs). [Methods] MSCs from the rat bone marrow was obtained and purified in vitro by the method of gradient centrifugation combining with adherence culture. They were assess by immunocytochemistry. [Results] The samples of MSCs of third passage could express CD44, but not CD34, according to the characteristics of the MSCs. [Conclusion] The method of density gradient centrifugation can establish a stable system to separate and culture MSCs in vitro. |
