Abstract
|
[Objective] To obtain the information of chemical constituents of volatile oil of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. [Methods] The volatile oil was extracted from Oplopanax elatus Nakai. through steam distillation method and was divided into two different polarity parts. The chemical constituents of the two parts were identified respectively by GC-MS(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) technology. [Results] The 20 among the 31 isolated constituents of Ethyl ether parts(A) in volatile oil of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. were identified, which constituted 92.72% of the total amont; the 13 among the 18 isolated constituents of Ethyl acetate parts(B) in volatile oil of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. were identified, which constituted 91.66% of the total amont. [Conclusion] The yield of volatile oil of Oplopanax elatus Nakai. is high and the GC-MS is simple, rapid method in the experiment. |
