Abstract

The Linzheng Zhinan Yi'an (Medical Records as a Guide to Clinical Work) was a medical record monograph revised by the students of YE Tian-shi, HUA Xiu-yun and so on according to the clinical experience of this master in Qing Dynasty. It recorded a great amount of experienced prescriptions, reflecting his academic thinking in medicine and possessing some bright academic characteristics. In this paper, the clearly introduced prescription of Xiexin decoction in "Medical records as a Guide to Clinical Work", the prescription identified as Xiexin decoction from the herb complement, or the therapeutic method clearly provided as the effect of Xuexin decoction, although without the clear name and 22 cases using the prescription and indicated symptom were analyzed. To summary the clinical application of ZHANG Zhong-jing Xiexin decoction by YE Tian-shi has very important significance for inheriting and expending the thoughts of ZHANG Zhong-jing |
