Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of Fujian tablet for promoting neural regeneration by observing the effect of Fujian tablet on the expression of RhoA in rats with cerebral infarction. [Methods] Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, sham operation, model and medicine groups. The rat model with middle cerebral artery occlusion was successfully established by the improved method of Longa EZ. The treatment groups were given with Fujian tablet, other groups with a identical amount of distilled water. The expressions of RhoA in the region around the infarction were observed by immunohistochemical method. [Results] The difference of RhoA expression between medicine group and model group was significant(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The Fujian tablet can promote neurogenesis by inhibiting the expression of RhoA. |
