Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the specific forms and evolution on the syndromes of correspondence between lung and large intestine in ALI/ARDS, based on the theory which the lung and the large intestine are interior-exteriorl. [Methods] Using the methods of clinical epidemiology, collect 127 ALI/ARDS patients on the 1st, 2nd and 7th day, and determine the syndromes type of the lung and large intestine, analyzing syndromes information by spearman correlation method. [Results] The first time point, Tanre Yongsheng syndrome and Changre Fushi syndrome are positively correlated. The second time point, Lung-Qi deficiency syndromes were positively correlated with intestine-dryness syndrome and stagnation of intestine-Qi syndrome, meanwhile, it is negatively correlated with Changre Fushi syndrome; syndrome of flaring up of lung heat and stagnation of intestine-Qi yndrome are positively correlated. Tanre Yongsheng syndrome and Changre Fushi syndrome were sitively correlated. The third time point, Lung-Qi deficiency syndrome were negatively correlated with Changre Fushi syndrome; Fei-Yin deficiency syndrome and intestine-dryness syndrome are positively correlated; Tanre Yongsheng syndrome and Changre Fushi syndrome were positively correlated. [Conclusions] Correspondence between lung and large intestine in ALI/ARDS clinical syndrome has specific forms and some kinds of evolution with the illness development. The results of the study have realistic meanings in understanding the disease pathogenesis characteristics and clinical guidance. |
