| Abstract

| Xuming decoction is a famous prescription treating miscellaneous diseases stroke in the early time of our country (mainly “stroke Fei syndrome”). Firstly, this paper has described the changes of Xuming decoction in different dynasties. Xuming decoction has firstly appeared in Fan Wang Fang. In the medical books of the followed Tang, Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasty, many changes of Xuming decoction, including changes of medicine compatibility, medicine composition, quantity and prescription name were recorded. Next, some therapeutic cases of modified Xuming decoction were given. |
