Abstract
[Objective] Using the method of clinical epidemiological investigation to collect data of syndrome of patients with acute gastritis and with the help of the modern metadata technique to explore the regulation of TCM syndromes in acute gastritis. [Methods] Researcher collected 80 patients with acute gastritis, and recorded the patient's clinical data, including general condition and diagnostic information. Adopting factor analysis the clinical data was analyzed. [Results] In the research we adopted factor analysis to classify the 80 cases into four groups. They were spleen likeness and stomach cold-heat complicated syndrome, likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, likeness stomach excessive heat syndrome, likeness incoordination between the liver and stomach syndrome. According to the condition of distribution of syndrome it was suggested that the most syndrome was spleen likeness and stomach cold-heat complicated syndrome. Next were likeness weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome, likeness stomach excessive heat syndrome, likeness incoordination between the 1iver and stomach syndrome. [Conclusion] Through the process and result of research, we find that the modern metadata technique can provide more scientific and rational method in the study of TCM syndrome differentiation standard, and explain the syndrome essence of disease and so provide evidence to determine the treatment and diagnosis.
