Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the anti-tumor effect of Lingqi capsules (LQC) and further explore the mechanism of action. [Methods] The expression of angiogenic factor COX-2 was detected in tumor-bearing mice with immunohistochemical methods and to the LQC's inhibitory action to tumor angiogenesis was detected also. [Results] LQC could inhibit the tumor angiogenesis by down-regulating the expression of angiogenic factor COX-2. [Conclusion] LQC shows its anti-tumor effect by influencing the expression of angiogenesis-correlated factor and inhibiting the tumor angiogenesis. |
