Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of Shiguankang granule on gastroesophageal reflux. [Methods] The 120 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with sixty cases in each group. The treatment group was given with Shiguankang granule for 8 weeks, while the control group with Omeprazole and Domperidone for the same time. After treatment, the selected indexes were determined. [Results] The improving of GERD symptoms, TCM syndrome, gastroscope change, quality of life and the recurrence rate in treatment group were obviously superior than those in control group. [Conclusion] Shiguankang granule has obvious curative effect in treating GERD for improving the clinical symptoms, syndrome, gastroscope change, life quality and for reducing the recurrence rate etc. The efficacy in long term is also stable without side effects. The drug has some certain clinical application value. |
