| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule on the concussion of sinus heart rate in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. [Methods] Sixty patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated by insulin, but in the patients of treatment group, oral Shensong Yangxin capsule was added. Their 24-hour ECGs were recorded. TO and TS were calculated accordingly, while index of glucolipid metabolism were measured before and after a 8-week course of treatment. [Results] TO was significantly higher (P<0.05) and TS significantly lower (P<0.05) in control group than in treatment group, but there were no differences in index of glucolipid metabolism. [Conclusion] Oral Shensong Yangxin capsule could improve the damaged situation of heart rate concussion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, but there is no obvious correlation with biochemical indexes of glucolipid. |
