| Abstract

| [Objective] To study and establish the quality control methods for Fufang Dangshen capsules.[Methods] The method of TLC was used to identify Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Cyperi and Sesami Semen Nigrun. The content of polysaccharose was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. [Results] Four herbal drugs were well identified by TLC,the spots were clear,round and without interference. Quantitative analysis of ultraviolet spectrophotometric method showed that the linear range of determination polysaccharose was 60.96~304.8 μg,r=0.999 5(n=8). The average recovery of determination was 99.79% and the RSD was 1.98% (n=6). [Conclusion] This method is simple,reliable and high specific with good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Dangshen capsules. |
