Renal hematuria belongs to the category of hematuria of traditional Chinese medicine, which is the syndrome of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Because of the repeated attacks with a strong concealment and refractory characteristics, Western medicine has no effective therapeutic method. The traditional Chinese medicine, having an advantage of syndrome differentiation, plays a great role in the clinic. This paper discusses the etiology and the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment prescriptions from the experiences in the clinic. Using tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation the treatment has obtained a excellent effect. According the understanding for a long period of clinic the significant role of invigorating for deficiency, removing stasis and eliminating pathogenic factor in the treatment is described. |
