Abstract
|
This article makes a brief introduction of About Diet (from Hippocrates Corpus volume 4) in the way exactly following its logic and structure. In this work, Hippocrates elaborates the theory of human body structure and mechanism, diet, exercise, sleep, and the relationship among them, and gives out principles for maintaining good health and reaching the best possible balance. In the end, this article discusses some his opinions which share some similarities with TCM, hoping can enlighten the scholars who also study the Ancient Chinese and Western Medicine in some way. |
