| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Hyperpro-lactinemia (HPRL) patients treating with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder. [Methods] The patients with HPRL were divided into two groups. Observed group was treated by Danzhi Xiaoyao powder untoward effect for three menstrual cycles. Control group was treated by ergolactin. To observe PRL and other hormone levels as well as the clinical signs, symptoms and adverse drug reaction. [Results] The results showed that the total effective rate of observed group was 93.3%. Without progesterone and luteinizing hormone, the changes of serum estradiol, prolactin, follicle stimulating hormone had significant differences (P<0.05) after treatment compared with before treatment in observed group. But compared with the compared group, it had no differences (P>0.05) except adverse drug reaction(P<0.05). [Conclusion] These results indicate that Danzhi Xiaoyao powder is as effective as ergolactin in the treatment of HPRL and application in clinic. |
