| [Objective] To observe the curative effect of serial prescriptions of renal failure in treating chronic renal failure. [Methods] The 96 inpatients and outpatients at our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases). Both groups were treated with Western symptomatic treatment. In addition to that the observation group was also given the serial prescriptions of renal failure. After treating for 6 months, the changes of clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory parameters were statistically summarized. [Results] The total efficiency of observation group was 83.33%, the control group was 47.92%, and the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Long-term application of the serial prescriptions of renal failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, physical and chemical indicators of patients. The clinical effect is significant. |
