Abstract
|
[Objective] cervical exercise regimen treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical disease, long-term clinical efficacy. [Methods] A prospective randomized controlled trial, and 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 48 cases, cervical exercise regimen together rubbing tendon pulling massage therapy; control group, 44 cases using Anrou tendon pull stretch massage therapy. Observed within 180 days after the end of the continuous treatment of cervical therapeutic effect of exercise regimen. [Results] The efficiency rate was 83.33%, 50.00% in the treatment group; two groups has significant difference efficiency (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The cervical exercise regimen on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis has long-term clinical efficacy significantly, suitable for clinical practice. |
