| Abstract

| [Objective] To determine the remains of organophosphorus in several Chinese medicines. [Methods] The remains of organophosphorus in Jingzhi Yinqiao jiedu tablets Sangju ganmao tablets, Lingyang ganmao tablets, Tongxuan lifei tablets and Qingwen jiedu tablets were determined by GC with FID.[Results] The five kinds of Chinese medicines were not detected organophosphorus pesticide residues.The average recoweries and RSD of the method were 63.3%~79.7%and 5.2%~12.5%. [Conclusion] No detectable residues of organophosphorus pesticides in 5 kinds of Chinese medicine. Description in traditional Chinese medicine generally do not contain organic phosphorus pesticide or very low content. It provides a scientific basis for the use of proprietary Chinese medicines safety and rest assured. And for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in traditional Chinese medicine provides a method for the determination of feasible. |
