Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of Zidian decoction on apoptosis and microstructure of macrophage (MΦ) in spleen in ITP in mouse and to explore the mechanism of action of the prescription in the clinical use.[Methods] The 48 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the normal group, model group, prednisone acetate group-Zidian decoction group.ITP was induced with intraperitoneal injection of GP-APS (guinea pig anti-mouse platelet serum) by immunoassay in mice.We observed the microscopic structure and apoptosis of peripheral platelet and spleen macrophages.[Results] After treatment-platelet count in the treatment group increased, there was a significant difference when compared with before treatment; after treatment, MΦ apoptosis rate was increased in Zidian decoction group compared with the model group(P<0.05) and the therapeutic effect was superior to prednisone.[Conclusion] Zidian decoction has therapeutic effect by improving the microstructure of spleen macrophages in ITP and promoting macrophage apoptosis in mice. |
