Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)syndrome characteristics after PCI and CABG operation.
[Methods] This research applied Delphi method to do the experts survey about the PCI and CABG postoperative elements of syndrome
characteristics in Chinese medicine.[Results] The syndrome element mainly manifested as blood stasis and the syndrome itself manifested as qi stagnation and blood stasis.Patients after CABG were more likely to be deficiency syndrome elements especially the deficiency of blood and yang.As to the syndromes comparison,patients after CABG were more likely to be deficiency of heart yang syndrome-qi
and yang deficiency syndrome and deficiency of yin and yang.[Conclusion] Experts reached the agreement that patients after CABG
were more likely to be the yi and yang deficiency compared with who accepted PCI operation. |
