Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenkang injection on diabetic kidney disease in early period. [Methods] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (40 cases). Both groups were given quality diet with low protein. Blood pressure and plasma glucose were controlled. In addition, the patients in treatment group were given with shenkang injection, 100 mL/d for four weeks. Fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2-hour postprandial glucose (PBG), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), blood fibrinogen (Fg), α-microglobulin (α-MG), twenty-four-hour urine protein quantitation (24 h UP), NAG and UAER were examined. [Results] Compared with those in control group, the amount of FBG, PBG, TG, TC, Fg, α-MG, NAG, UAER and 24-hour urine protein were markedly decreased in treatment group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Shenkang injection can delay the development of diabetic renopathy. |
