| Abstract
|
| [Objective] We try to analyze prognostic factors of non-small cell lung cancer in order to find some clues for prevention and clinic treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in future. [Methods] The data of 306 hospitalized patients with non-small cell lung cancer were reviewed. The factors which might impact on the patients' prognosis were analyzed including general information of the patients themselves, the tumor data, and different treatment manners. [Results] A total of 306 cases were enrolled in this study and 32 of them were lost. Among the 306 patients, the overall median survival time was 16 months. The 1st,3rd and 5th year survival rates of non-small cell lung cancer patients were 66%,16%,9%. Multiple factor analysis indicated that levels of CEA,symptom onset to treatment time interval,PS score were independent prognostic factors of patients with non-small cell lung cancer, KPS score and operation were the protective factors. [Conclusion] Levels of CEA,symptom onset to treatment time interval,KPS score,PS score and operation were determining prognostic factors of patients with non-small cell lung cancer. |
