Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of tapping, rubbing and massage at knees click point combined with microwave treatment on knee joint Pes anserinus bursitis. [Methods] The 46 patients with knee goose foot bursitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were treated with tapping, rubbing and massage at knees click point combined with microwave treatment, while the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with microwave treatment. Using HSS, VAS score and the instrument for tenderness testing the therapeutic effect was analyzed adter 10 days. [Results] After treatment, VAS pain score was significantly improved (P<0.05). HSS knee score was also improved significantly (P<0.05) and the knee tenderness eased significantly (P<0.05) compared with before treatment. [Conclusion] The treatment of both group were effective, but the patient's subjective pain relief and tenderness mitigation treatment group than the control group. |
