| Abstract

| [Objective] To investigate the effects of Fuke Guanchang Ⅱ recipe on human colon carcinoma cell line. [Method] The safety concentration of Fuke Guanchang Ⅱ in Caco-2 cells were cultured by MTT assay. [Results] When the concentration above 0.1 g/L. The study showed the survival rate of Caco-2 cells were decreased with the concentration was increased. [Conclusion] It will be a valuable exploration that Caco-2 cells as a new tool to be introduced to the basic and safety research of Chinese medicine catharsis method. |
