Abstract
|
[Objective] To test the content of puerarin and soybean saponin in the drug couple of Radix Puerariae Lobatae and Gypsum Fibrosum using the established UPLC method and the elution rule of effective content as the change of the compatibility of Radix Puerariae Lobatae and Gypsum Fibrosum was explored. [Methods] Radix Puerariae Lobatae and Gypsum Fibrosum in different compatibility proportion were decocted with water. UPLC was used to determine the change in different group of Radix Puerariae Lobatae and Gypsum Fibrosum. Separation was performed on Acquity UPLC, C18, 1.7 μm, 2.1 mm×100 mm column; detector: PDA; workstation: Waters Empower 3; the motile phase: acetonitrile-methanol-1.5‰ phosphoric acid-water gradient elution and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. [Results] Radix Puerariae Lobatae decocted together Gypsum Fibrosum could increase the elution content of puerarin and soybean saponin compared with Radix Puerariae Lobatae only. When the proportion was 1:2 (Radix Puerariae Lobatae-Gypsum Fibrosum) the elution amount of puerarin and soybean saponin was the most.[Conclusion] The compatibility of Radix Puerariae Lobatae with Gypsum Fibrosum is beneficial for decocting of puerarin and soybean saponin. It can improve the decocted quantity of effective substance evidently. |
