Abstract
|
[Objective] To optimize the extraction process for Wutian Baogan granules.[Methods] The orthogonal test was employed and taking the extraction rate and the content of flavonoids and schisandrinas the index, using comprehensive evaluation score the extraction process of Wutian Baogan granules was optimized.[Results] The optimal extraction technique conditions were as follows: 12 times of amount of 40% ethanol, extracted for 3 times, each time for 2 hours.[Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology is rational and the extraction rate of the active ingredients is high. |
