| [Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxue Xifeng method on coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat. [Methods] The 85 cases diagnosed as ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was given Mai'anning mixture 100 mL each time, 2 times a day. To observe the therapeutic effect after 4 weeks. [Results] Effect of reducing the number of times of ventricular premature beat in the treatment group was 84.4%, 65% in the control group, the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05); there was significant difference in reducing rate of ventricular premature beat between two groups (P<0.01); curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 82.2%, 62.5% in the control group, the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05). The treatment group could markedly improve TCM symptoms than the control group. [Conclusion] Mai'anning mixture of having the efficacy of Yangxue Xifeng can significantly reduce the number of times of ventricular premature beat, and improve the TCM syndrome and symptom. It is an effective drug for the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat. |
