Abstract
|
[Objective] To Explore a new method to establish a model of pulmonary fibrosis with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in rats guided with endoscope. [Methods] 1) Using the endoscopic videography monitoring system and self-made anaesthetic laryngoscope for rats, 60 SD rats were anaesthetized by anhydrous diethyl ether inhalation, and intratracheal infused Bleomycin was performed to establish the mode of pulmonary fibrosis. 2) All the rats were divided into 4 groups randomly: normal control group, model group, Qizhu Heji group and prednison group. It was found that Qizhu Heji group had a significant effect and so the model proved to be successfully established from the point of detecting disease by prescription. [Results] 1) This modeling method has employed a method of intratracheal infusion, which has accurate target, high success rate, no exogenous trauma, and can also ensure the original and reliable experimental data. Besides, it can be time-saving, improve work efficiency, decrease sample consumption, consequently reduce experiment cost. 2) Based on detecting disease by prescription of tonifying Qi, activating blood and removing stasis, the model shows the pathogenesis characteristics of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. [Conclusion] This innovative method deserves promotion in establishing model with pulmonary diseases in rats. |
