Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the effect of Tanzukang on hemorheology in patients with diabetic foot. [Methods] From May 2011 to May 2012, the 140 patients with diabetic foot in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. There were 80 patients in treat group and 60 patients in control group. The hemorheologic indicators of all the patients were measured before treatment. Novolin 50R were used to control the blood sugar of two groups patients by hypodermic injection, and the patients' feet of treat group were bathed with Tanzukang. After treatment, the hemorheologic indicators of two groups were measured and analyzed. [Results] Compared with the control group, the level of the hemorheologic indicators in treat group was significantly lower. [Conclusion] Tanzukang can reduce the whole blood viscosity, sedimentation rate of erythrocyte, K value of blood sedimentation equations, erythrocyte maximum deformation index, and erythrocyte aggregation index in patients with diabetic foot and reduce the complications of diabetes. |
