Abstract
|
Animal models of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is to analogue and replicate some features of the human disease, having the same symptom and pathology of human under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation. The animal models of coronary heart disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis is the essential tool, which can study the development of disease and the evaluation of drug efficacy. At present, the common establishing methods of the animal models of coronary heart disease with syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis mainly include two kinds. The one is the combination of disease and syndrome as well as integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine animal model, and the other one is transgenic animal model. Now this paper only investigated these two animal models. |
