Abstract

The active components alignment theory was formed with the development of traditional Chinese medicine. The new theory will carry far reaching significance in analyzing scientifically, understanding deeply, using rationally, inheriting continuously traditional Chinese medicine. Professor ZHANG Gui-Jun created bioassay of traditional Chinese medicine and put forward the active components alignment theory during the year 2000~2005 based on the academic idea of inheritance and innovation and creating quality standard associated with clinical effects. The teams directed by Professor ZHANG Gui-Jun did some research work using the active components alignment theory during the past 10 years. The forming process of the theory was reviewed and the achievement of this practice was summarized. The theory and the achievement are hoped to give a new choice for development of traditional Chinese medicine. |
