Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of "SanJiao" acupuncture in regulating the associated protein CypD and Aβ about mitochondria permeability transition pore opening in Alzheimer disease mice. [Methods] Using SAMP8 mouse and normal control SAMR1 as model, applying the Western blot techniques, monitoring the expression difference of CypD and Aβ in procerebrum, neocortex and hippocampus and the effect of acupuncture. [Results] The expression of Aβ42 and CypD in cortex and hippocampus decline in SAMR1, obviously increased in SAMP8, downregulated or had the tendency of downregulation after acupuncture. [Conclusion] The result confirms that "SanJiao" acupuncture treatment can regulate the expression of Aβ42 and CypD in cortex and hippocampus in SAMP8 rats. |
