| Abstract
|
| [Objective] Through the experimental study of the effects of Xinnao Tongluo solution on plasma TXB2 and hs-CRP in rabbits with atherosclerosis of celiac artery to investigate the therapeutic effect of Xinnao Tongluo solution on atherosclerosis. [Methods] The 40 male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: the blank group, the model group, drug control group, high dose of Xinnao Tongluo solution group, low dose group with 8 rabbits in each group. After treatment for 3 months,TXB2 and hs-CRP were tested. [Results] Compared with blank group, the value of TXB2 and hs-CRP of mdoel group was increased (P<0.05), while drug control group, high and low dose group had a lower level (P<0.05). Compared with Xuezhikang group, the high dose group had a almost similar lever of TXB2 and hs-CRP (P>0.05). [Conclusion] Xinnao Tongluo solution has a lowing effect on TXB2 and the level of serum hs-CRP in rabbits with atherosclerosis. |
