Abstract
    [Objective] Use senescence-accelerated mouse prone 6 (SAMP6) mice and senescence accelerated mouse re-istant1(SAMR1) mice as the research object, observe the effection of Rong Jinpian on BMP-2, PPAR-γ and ADP in serum. [Methods] Choose 36 six months SAMP6 mices, male and female half, according to randomized SAMP6 blank control group, Rong jinpian group, Xianling Gubao group. Another 11 months with resistance to rapid aging SAMR1 mice, as homologous comparison control group, the Rong Jinpian mixture solution according to the dose conversion. Blank control group to give 0.5 mL saline lavage, 1 times a day, 12 consecutive weeks. ELISA method to detect serum BMP- 2, PPAR-γ and ADP levels was used. [Results] Serum BMP-2 of blank control group was significantly lower than the other three groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). The SAMRl group was higher than the Xianling Gubao and Rong Jinpian group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Serum PPAR-γ level of blank control group was significantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). Compared with that blank control group, Rong Jinpian and Xianling Gubao group on ADP significantly lower. [Conclusion] Compared with SAMP1 group, SAMP6 mice had lower BMP-2 level, higher PPAR-γ and ADP level in serum because spontaneous osteoporosis. Rong Jinpian and Xianling Gubao could raise BMP-2 level, dcrease PPAR-γ and ADP level in serum of SAMP6 mice.
