| Abstract

| [Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy ofHuazhuo Hexue (regulating lipid and adjusting flowof blood) granules in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. [Methods] The 200 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 100 patients in each group. The observation group treated by Western medicine comprehensive therapy based on the use of lipid-lowering and Huazhuo Hexue granules, and the control group received comprehensive treatment of Western medicine. The treatment course was 3 months. [Results] Huazhuo Hexue granules could reduce plasma viscosity, fibrinogen concentration, high-sensitivity of C-reactive protein and serum homocysteine levels, and significantly improve the deficiency of neurological function in patients. [Conclusion] Huazhuo Hexue granule have a synergistic therapeutic effect with multi-target and multi-angle. It could play a lipid-lowering and anticoagulant effect and prevent the formation of atherosclerotic plaque and improve the blood rheology. having an anti-inflammatory and improving neurological function in patients, achieving a comprehensive prevention and treatment in patiens with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Huazhuo Hexue granule could achieve the purpose of improving the prognosis. |
