Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the specific application and the clinical value of Xueshuantong combined with low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke. [Methods] The 120 patients with progressive stroke were served as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, receiving routine treatment first, and then injected with 0.9%NS and 0.3 g Xueshuantong liquid mixture once a day, oral 0.1g enteric coated aspirin at night. On the basis of the above treatment, in the experimental group a low molecular weight heparin was injected twice a day. [Results] In the control group, 12 cases were invalid, 19 cases effective, 15 cases excellent,14 cases cured and the total effective rate was 80%; in the experimental group, 4 cases were invalid, 8 cases effective, 27 cases excellent, 21 cases cured and the total effective rate was 93.33%. There was a statistical significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Xueshuantong combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium has good clinical effect.
