Abstract
|
This article deals with YE Tian-shi's recognition about collateral disease from discussing Guide to Clinical Practice. YE Tian-shi has inherited the spirit of innovation rather than getting it from religious principle. His arguments of "long disease can get into collateral","long pain can get into collaterals" and "new disease can also get into collaterals" have established a relatively complete theoretical system of collateral disease. It has had an important guiding significance for the treatment of chronic refractory miscellaneous diseases. At the same time, it has inspired the scholars in the late ages for using syndrome differentiation and laws of medicine in diagnosis and treatment. |
