Abstract
|
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of 5 effective components in Xuesaitong capsule. [Methods] The contents of ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rd and notoginsenoside R1 in Xuesaitong capsule were determined by HPLC. [Results] The resolutions of the determined peaks were fine. The linearity ranges for ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rd and notoginsenoside R1 all met the requirement. The average recoveries of Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rb and Notoginsenoside R1 were qualified, and RSD was less than 3.00% . [Conclusion] The quantitative method for determining the ingredients of Xuesaitong capsule is simple, feasible and repeatable, and is beneficial to quality control of Xuesaitong capsule. |
