Abstract
    Lifting and descending of Qi is important form of nature's Yin and Yang movement and change, and also important form of maintaining human viscera physiological activity. Qi disorder of lifting and descending activity of Qi is one of the important pathogenesis of diseases. And restoring the body's normal movement of Qi is the basic solution for the treatment of diseases. This article focuses on Qi's activity of lifting and descending, medicinal properties of rise and fall, from the aspect of up and float medicine, down and sink medicine and their compatibility, to interpret the method of clinical medicine.
