Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe thrombomodulin expression in vascular endothelial injury and intervention mechanism of blood circulation capsule. [Methods] The 60 cases of chronic nephritis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The plasma thrombomodulin(TM) differences were observed after treatment. And to observe changes of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL), hemorheology, 24 h urinary protein in the treatment and control groups. [Results] After treatment, 24 h urine protein was significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);plasma TC, TG, LDL were decreased;HDL was increased;TM was lower than the control group. [Conclusion] Blood stasis are closely linked to vascular endothelial injury. Blood circulation herbs can regulate internal environment of vascular endothelial cells and its secretion function, thereby regulating endothelial function. |
